Sugar Land’s Weaver Davis & Jacob Realty Group has announced it will develop offices, medical facilities, retail outlets, restaurants and a hotel on 112 acres on the southwest corner of State Highway 6 and U.S. 90A in Sugar Land.
Called Telfair Crossing, land for the project was purchased by Newland Communities, which is developing the master-planned Telfair residential project that stretches from U.S. 90A southwest to the University of Houston campus.
Weaver Davis & Jacob, a commercial real estate firm that specializes in retail projects, says Telfair Crossing represents “the largest remaining commercial tract in Sugar Land.”
The project will devote 400,000 square feet to retail space, 200,000 square feet to office space, 100,000 square feet to medial space, and a full-service hotel, according to the developer.
Weaver Davis & Jacob also has broken ground on Old Brazos River Center, a 30,230-square foot retail center at F.M. 359 and U.S. 90A just east of Richmond.
