Kevin Simon

Kevin Simon is director of Undergraduate Studies, director of the Fred Parks Wine Cellar and teaches courses in wine at the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.

Simon has been involved in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and is certified through the Court of Master Sommeliers-Introductory Sommelier Course. Additionally, he regularly presents wine seminars for a variety of organizations, businesses and private occasions. He is also a committee member of the Grand Wine and Food Affair in Fort Bend County.
