Sugar Land Police Seek Houston Man In Chuck E. Cheese Shooting

Sugar Land police are looking for a Houston man in connection with a Dec. 31, 2006, shooting in the parking lot of a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant.

Police said they have an arrest warrant outstanding for Brandon Deris Glover, 26, for aggravated assault.

He is wanted in the shooting of Troy Reed, 36, of Stafford, who police say was involved in a fight with Glover at about 8:30 p.m. Dec. 31. The two men, who knew each other, were in the restaurant, at 2303 Town Center Drive, and had a disagreement, according to a police report.

Later, the tow “had an altercation in the restaurant’s parking lot,” the police report said. “Glover shot the victim several times and then fled the scene.” Reed’s young daughter reportedly witnessed the shooting.

Reed was flown by Life Flight helicopter to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. His condition could not be determined Thursday morning.

Sugar Land police described Glover as a black man about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
