The parents knew that Needville had a hair rule before they ever moved there. They moved and immediately sent their child to school in violation of the policy -- if it is a religious thing why didn't they put the child in a private school. Quite obviously with all of the goofy judges we have, rules don't mean anything because we sure wouldn't want to rile up the ACLU. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
