Richmond police detectives are looking for two women they consider “persons of interest” in an identity theft investigation.

'Persons of interest' in identity theft case
The investigation began in June 2008, when police learned someone had been making purchases and cashing checks “using a victim’s identity,” the Richmond Police Department said in a statement Thursday.
Suspects in the case have made purchases from Wal-Mart in Katy, a Katy Academy store and H.E.B. grocery stores, police said.
Detectives recently received video from the Academy store showing two women the police department considers “persons of interest” in the case, the department statement said.
A still photo from the video was made available to the public and appears on this page.
“We are asking for help in identifying the two women seen in the video,” the department said. “If anyone recognizes the persons in the video please call the Richmond Police Department at 281-342-2849.”

Say here’s a “wishbone”,

It is my wishful hope, that FortBendNow publishes more editorials specializing in “Identity Theft”. Luckily, our Constable’s Bulletin, in my community “Great News” keeps us abreast of the significance to it’s awareness to identify Fraud by ID Theft — as in too, my mom’s own community programs for the elderly.
