WEATHER OR NOT - Fog banks over the Brazos River melted Tuesday morning, and sunny skies are expected to warm Fort Bend to 72 degrees by lunchtime. But then, forecasters say a cold front will move in, bringing rain and near-freezing weather Tuesday night.
