Fort Bend Chamber To Present ‘Realistic Goal Setting’

The Business and Professional Division of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce will present “Realistic Goal Setting” as a part of its “lunch and learn” workshop series.

 

The seminar is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, 445 Commerce Green Blvd. in Sugar Land. The cost is $20 for chamber member, $25 for prospective members, and includes lunch.

 

The workshop will be presented by Nina Ross, president of No Gym, No Excuses, an organization that teaches individuals how to start successful fitness programs with such classes as Realistic Goal Setting, Common Sense Nutrition and others.

 

Ross has been personal trainer to countless individuals, groups and companies since 1993. She has earned both her certifications as a personal trainer and a master personal trainer from the Cooper Institute of Aerobics Research in Dallas. Throughout her career, Ross has lectured on a number of preventative health care topics, sat on wellness panel discussions and authored numerous articles.

 

Realistic Goal Setting started out as a program for weight loss goals and now covers Business and Professional goal setting. This seminar is designed to help participants plan goals that are real, attainable and can be held, no matter what the business goal.
