Stafford Police Issue Arrest Warrant For Indecent Exposure

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a former Stafford man wanted for exposing himself to a woman on Jan. 17.

Stafford Police Department Det. Raphael Virata said the department obtained a warrant for the arrest of Michael Sutton, 28, whose last known address was in Stafford.

Virata said the warrant stems from a Jan. 17 incident in which a resident came to her door and saw a man exposing himself. She called a neighbor, who came toward her house and “saw him running away with his buttocks exposed.”

Through leads and detective work, investigators identified Sutton as a suspect in the case and obtained the warrant.

The incident occurred north of Lexington Boulevard near the Missouri City border, an area in which Missouri City police say eight indecent exposure incidents have been reported on their side of the boundary line in the past three months.

Police spokesman Capt. John Bailey said no suspects have been identified in those cases.

Alas! Essentially, as I inquired before: where does one learn that technique? There are “sex defensive courses” or whatever they called….and that is indeed what I inquired before. Thank you and good morning =-)

I wish someone would give him a swift kick down there. He might not be so anxious to show it to everybody after that.
    What a sicko perv!

A major “parallel” point, if I may:

The City of Sugar Land’s City Council paased a new
*sex offender ordinance* (Ordinance No. 1631); prohibiting convicted offenders from living within 2,500 feet of any place where children may gather — expressly “written up” to inclusions of City Parks.

(And ya wonder why my sweet Council continually asks me, “and why are you here again?”) Yes, I love ya’ll too! Safety is paramount, where our young children and older citizens are concerned. =-)
