Two seats will be up for election on the Cinco Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors at the May 18 Neighborhood Representatives Committee meeting.
Nominations for a seat on the board are currently being accepted. Any Cinco Ranch resident in good standing can be nominated to serve.
Positions currently held by incumbent board members Bob Pennington and Robert Russell are up for election. Both Pennington and Russell have indicated they will seek another term.
Board members will be elected by a vote of the Neighborhood Representatives Committee at its May 18 meeting. NRC member Jim Norausky is serving as chair of the nominating committee.
The deadline to submit a letter of interest and biographical sketch is April 17.
