Trio Formosan will perform at the Houston Community College Southwest Stafford Campus at 7:30 p.m. May 1.
This Houston-based trio of musicians recently announced their spring 2009 concert series which includes a performance at HCC. All Taiwan born, the trio hails from the “Beautiful Island” of Formosa. Chia-Wen W. Bonbright, pianist, Johnny Chang, violinist and Olive Chen, cellist all charted their own list of musical accomplishments before assembling Trio Formosan.
Admission is free and open to the public, but donations are accepted.
