The Houston Community College Southwest College Fine Arts Department will present the musical “Godspell” June 26 through June 28, June 30, July 1-3 and July 5. Performances Friday, Saturday and Tuesday through Friday are at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees are at 4 p.m., in the Annex Theatre, 13645 Murphy Road, Suite 250, Stafford.
“Godspell” is directed by John Corley with musical direction by Dr. Andrea Jaber. This often acclaimed musical is conceived by John-Michael Tebelak with music and new lyrics by Stephen Schwartz. It is a high-spirited musical, based upon the gospel according to St. Matthew.
