TOP MAN - Bob Bilski (left) accepts an the Rotarian of the Year award from outgoing Sugar Land Rotary President Scott Finley. 'He quietly goes about his business,' Finley said, 'not seeking recognition, but just getting things done.' It's the third time Bilski has won the award. Meanwhile, Finley turned the Rotary reins over to 2009-2010 Sugar Land Rotary President Dan Green.
