Yes, Smelley of FBISD has announced he’ll be running for Fort Bend Precinct 4 Commissioner. HOWEVER, the current commissioner, Patterson, will NOT be exiting. He will be running to keep the position but this time have an opponent.

I concur with the negatives of Smelley, as I also had a bad experience with him a year or two back. He was ZERO help to us (wouldn’t even give us the time of day) when we were having major FBISD zoning issues in a western portion of Missouri City.

Patterson, on the other hand, has been nothing but completely helpful, knowledgeable, and a wonderful asset to the residents of precinct 4. You know you can always call on him for help or information. I think others that have had experience with him will agree.

The patriotism of the American in this video is inspiring.

Nothing new here and the truth about him and his crony network will be shared with all in his neighborhood just as it was shared with his predecessor’s neighbors. “Ft.bendcon” likes to dig his holes deep and rarely can he crawl out (he usually covers himself in more of the manure). Just his continued cycle of stupidity, lies, threats, attacks, rants and deceit.

Just keep watching and you will see more of the dead end pattern he engages in.

As I’ve said many time before, he is no conservative, but a corporate welfare-vendor feeder and they use ANY means to protect the biz. One is taking relatively small issues and blowing them up in hopes of polarizing entire communities and believe me they have the money, marketing network and political cronies to do this almost unchallenged.

Remember I said almost. They have operatives in both parties, but mainly the local county GOP executive committee has several of their development company operatives controlling it. You will find some of the same vendors and contractors on the school district local education foundation donor lists. Some of those were on your hand-picked “feasibility committee” for the GSTC project you mentioned Joe and “con” often defends, as is his norm. Keep getting the word out and keep networking around this bunch!That is ft.bendcon’s MO Joe, true, truth, factually, etc. Attack, label, misquote, play victim, divert, lie and then threaten, but nothing he or the special interest tax toadies can do will stop the efforts to get the message out to the broader public and that includes walking his neighborhood among others.

It is nice to have his permission to “drop by” though and we will take him up on it very soon, …promise. You see folks this guy used to be their HOA prez (via self proxied votes for years) and pushed to raise that communities annual dues by quite a bit and when opposition formed and they voted he and his board off legitimately. He and the vendor lawyer declared the election null and void (wasn’t that nice). Sounds like other subdivision battles we know about in our communities in this county.

This is the type of undemocratic training these people receive from their crony boys. Once they pass the test they are encouraged to move into the larger arena by the same special interest who get a large portion of our tax and bond monies at the local level for their special projects, while we all pay for them.
