HCSS Moves To 45,000 Sq. Ft. Sugar Land Location

Construction software developer HCSS has moved into their new office headquarters in Sugar Land. The building, located at 13151 West Airport Blvd., will allow the company to double its workforce from its current 110 employees.

HCSS will host several open houses for the public to view the new campus from 4-7 p.m. Sept. 30, Oct. 7 and Oct. 15. Tours will also be available from Oct. 26 through Nov. 20. Interested participants should call 713-270-4000.

The property measures 45,000 sq. ft. and includes a covered basketball court, exercise room, soccer field and 600-meter jogging trail.

“We believe these amenities will help attract and retain employees who will help create the software that will help our customers grow their business,” said HCSS President Mike Rydin. “The facility also will give us many options for working with and entertaining customers when they visit us.”

The building is designed in a square format that encloses a courtyard with Internet and electricity access enabling employees to work outside. The LEED Certified Silver Building was designed by Powers Brown Architecture of Houston and contracted by Rosenberger Construction of Sugar Land.

“We are excited about our move into Sugar Land and look forward with getting involved in the community,” said Rydin.
