Area knitters are invited to bring all the projects they would like to finish before the holidays to an Oct. 5 Knitting Night Marathon at Fort Bend County Libraries’ Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library.
The knitting marathon will begin at noon and go until 8 p.m. in the library’s meeting room.
Knitters may stay all day, or they may come and go throughout the day as time permits.
A session of the regularly-scheduled Knitting Night will take place on Monday, Oct. 19, beginning at 6 p.m.
All knitters – from beginners to advanced – are invited to bring their yarn and knitting needles, and to share tips, get ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow knitters.
The program is free and open to the public.
