Fresno Shooting Victim “Extremely Uncooperative”

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a non-fatal shooting in Fresno, but the investigation is being hindered by an uncooperative victim.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3900 block of Oak Plank Rd. around 3:34 p.m. yesterday, Oct. 5 in response to an aggravated assault call. When deputies arrived, they found the victim with ‘minor injuries’ caused by an unknown type of firearm. The victim was not taken to a hospital.

Deputies are investigating the incident, but say the victim is “extremely uncooperative.”
