The Sugar Land Rotary has scheduled their annual Sugar Land Rotary Veterans Day Celebration from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Nov. 11 at Sweetwater Country Club, 4400 Palm Royale Blvd.

The celebration will feature a free meal for veterans and their spouses. The cost for Rotarians and non-veteran guests will be $25 per person. Table sponsorships are also available for $200 each. Buy a table and donate seats for veterans invited by Sugar Land Rotary.

“We must continue to remind the generations to come about the significance of Veterans Day and its inception and place in our nation’s history. Many of those who were there are no longer with us, and we cannot forget,” said Dan Green, president of Sugar Land Rotary.
