Sadly, I did not. One of my neighbors went though. I haven’t spoken to them yet to find out what took place. I should be able to find out tonight when I see them.

A few of us try to alternate meetings. Between the few of us, we usually have someone at most of the important gatherings.

I’d like to know when they’re off the public clock and on the private one and how do we possibly know this? I’ve never seen any documents at our HOA board meetings that differentiates on this.

As for the graffiti…isn’t this news perfect timing for selling new houses in undersold new “safe” developments with underused new (graffiti free) schools?

Constables work for developers in selling new developments too. Taxpayers and homeowners, however, pay at every “herded” step of the way.

Sunshine, yes, however, HOAs hire “constables” for “extra services,” sometimes totaling nearly $400,000.00 a year.

These are not contracts that they want to lose by supporting the rights of a single homeowner when the HOA sends them out to do their bullying.

Most significantly, the constables could lose these contracts to more “safety” focused Sheriff patrols, if they don’t serve the HOA as they are “directed.” Clearly, these “HOA directives” are not in the best interest of the homeowners.

Constables have lucrative contracts with HOAs that streamline the HOA’s foreclosure and “civil” suits. They also are used effectively to bully and target those who speak out about the abusive and grossly dishonest activities of their HOAs and MUDs.

Now that, sweethearts, is accurately and justifiably compared to Stalin and Hitler, and for the same reasons.
