Ridgegate Elementary School recently received a donation of band instruments from Fidelity Investments through a grant from Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation. The donation includes a set of 10 instruments including three trumpets, two flutes, two clarinets, two alto saxophones, and one trombone valued at more than $10,000. Fidelity surprised the band students with the instruments at the campus. Band Director Pedro Valle assured the businessmen that the instruments would be put to good use.
