The team held various fundraising events and activities throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During all five varsity football games held October 5-11, game-goers wore pink to promote the cause. Methodist Orthopedic Specialists of Texas donated pink T-shirts for all athletic trainers, staff, team doctors and other football fans to wear. Methodist also joined Raising Canes Chicken Fingers in providing incentives to help increase donations.
