A resident of the 2000 block of Grand Park Dr. called Missouri city police around 12:45 a.m. Nov. 16 to report a man who showed up on her door steps minutes before.
According to reports, someone rang the woman’s doorbell and she woman did not answer the door because she was not expecting visitors. The doorbell rang twice more, and the person began knocking. The victim told police she became worried that someone may need help, so she answered the door.
Police say when she opened the door, she saw a black man with his shirt over his head, pants around his knees, masturbating on her front porch. The woman slammed the door shut and called 911. Police searched the area, but could not locate the suspect.
