A portion of Rice Field Road has been closed this morning to repair damaged bridge timbers, according to the Rosenberg City Street Department. Barricades have been placed at Rice Field Road/FM 2977 and Rice Field Road/Berdett Road.
Repairs are expected to take three days, and the road should be reopened to traffic late Thursday, Nov. 19.
