Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital is offering holiday pricing on a high-intensity Holiday Boot Camp offered by the Memorial Hermann Wellness Center. The two-week holiday camp starts Nov. 30.
Nationally-certified fitness instructors from the Wellness Center will lead the workouts at the Sugar Land Hospital, 17500 W. Grand Pkwy. This results-driven conditioning program takes place in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing a military-style format.
The Holiday Boot Camp meets weekdays from Nov. 30 through Dec. 11. Participants may select from one of two workout times: 5-5:50 a.m. or 5:30-6:30 p.m. Holiday pricing is $75 for Wellness Center members and $100 for non-members.
All Boot Camp participants must attend a pre-program screening. One is on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Memorial Hermann Wellness Center, 7731 Southwest Frwy in Houston. Another is on Monday, Nov. 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital.
