Thank you for the information and the study. I did my own search and found a great deal on this practice. I’m not sure this is what is going on in this instance, but it is always possible. I wonder why they don’t conduct these file updates earlier in the year?

Non-partisan center at NYU. What is ‘non-oartisan’. Nope your labels don’t stick since the study is widely accepted by those that understand the rigor (and what non-partisan means).

As for your condemnation of the National Academy of Science, I’m sure they’re very worried about your opinion.

any idea what an advocacy group does?
“Advocacy is the pursuit of influencing outcomes — including public-policy and resource allocation decisions within political, economic, and social systems and institutions ” In other words they have an agenda.

I am informed and not easily influenced by those with an agenda, ie progressives.

actually I did do research and concluded The Brennan Center” was progressive.

“Progressivism is a political and social term for ideologies and movements favoring or advocating changes or reform, usually in an egalitarian direction for economic policies (public management) and liberal direction for social policies (personal choice). Progressivism is often viewed in opposition to conservative ideologies.”

No problem concerned. Don’t forget to bring your drivers lic. According to state law they can’t turn you away if you present that id, even though some have tried to change that rule too. Voter purges often look innocuous but are well documented subtle forms of voter harassment that are intended to keep turn-out low, which usually benefits incumbents and their special interest.
