Rosenberg police are conducting a multi-state manhunt searching for 44-year-old Albert James Turner, accused of stabbing to death his wife, 39-year-old Keitha Frank Turner, and her mother, 66-year-old Betty Jo Frank. The 1994 Honda registered to Albert Turner was found in Georgia yesterday, partially submerged in the Chattahoochee River. Anyone with information on the location Albert Turner should call Rosenberg police at 291-342-5566. Additionally, Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers, 281-342-8477, is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to his apprehension.
