Girl Scouts LGPA

It had been almost six years since LPGA Tour came to Houston, but in November, golf fans saw the return of women's professional golf to Texas when The Houstonian Golf & Country Club played host to the LPGA Tour Championship. Girl Scouts from Troop 721 Rainbow Stars Service Unit were ready to volunteer, but were rained out. For their willingness to volunteer the girls received one volunteer credential allowing grounds access all week, one parking pass, two complimentary grounds tickets valid any one day of the tournament, and a uniform consisting of a shirt and headwear, all embroidered with the Championship Logo. Pictured are Girls from Troop 721 at the leaderboard in Town Center.
