The City of Sugar Land has rescheduled its Cultural Kite Festival to Saturday, Feb. 6 due to forecasted rainy weather conditions on the original date. Festival times will remain the same - 10 a.m.-4 p.m. - and all activities will still be held at Sugar Land Memorial Park, 15300 University Blvd.
