And the $10,500 in fines from the Texas Ethics Commission. Can things get worse, oh yes, just wait and see how bad. I’m sure we won’t hear about most of it.

You are correct on all counts rcocheu except there is a 3rd party candidate in the general. I’m sure he doesn’t have a chance but at least you don’t have to undervote. Besides he will fit right in when he arrives in Austin with all his campaign debt and strings attached.

Rep.Dora Olivo will have to step forward, to educate taxpayer protester to getout an vote, during Mrs.Olivos two year vacation 2011 -12 after loosing the 2010 primary! An new elected official Ron Reynolds will have to open him mind to the public for good respresentation. Fort Bend NAACP Pres. Ronald Reynolds has fair to provide NAACP representation to Ft. bend general public from previous years!

This comment is directed towards the District 27 Race. I have never been a supporter of Ms. Olivio, however, my differences with her were for poisitions she took. I have always found her to be upfront and honest towards her constituants. However, I feel that what occurred in the Democratic party in this race is an embaressment.

The party has now shown that character and integrity do not matter to them. The party machine supported an attorney who was found to have failed in his fiduciary responsibility towards his clients. He was suspended from the practice of law for a period of time and then failed to pay the required fine for his transgressions. These transgressions occurred less than five years ago. Read the report from this link. These are all true facts

It is an embarressment to this area to have a person of questionable ethical character representing us in the state legislature. There is no Republican candidate for this office. Therefore, barring a write-in candidate, Mr. Reynolds will be our representative for the next two years. Perhaps several concerned citizens can find one. Shame on the Democratic Party for allowing this to happen.
