Twin 26-year-old brothers were arrested in Rosenberg Sunday after a witness allegedly saw one of them moving a television police say they stole from a neighbor.

Rosenberg police were called to a home in the 1000 block of Houston, where the resident said that her large flat-screen television had been stolen. A member of the victim’s family said she saw a neighbor moving the television from another home into a trailer after it had been stolen.

The family member told the victim to ask for it back, and she did. The man refused to give it back, and police found the television in a neighboring home. A warrant was later issued, and Jose Hernandez and Joaquin Hernandez were arrested and taken to the Fort Bend County Jail.
