A Fort Bend Independent School District custodian was carjacked by two armed men in the Hunters Glen Elementary parking lot around 10 p.m. April 29.
FBISD administrators are not releasing further information, but according to FortBendNow’s source, the woman was thrown to the ground during the robbery. The district is reporting that the custodian was not injured.
According to sources close to the investigation, Fort Bend ISD administrators “ordered” the custodial staff not to discuss the incident with the public or media representatives. That source asked that his name not be used.
District representatives said a message was sent to all Hunters Glen Elementary School parents the following day.
The victim’s car was found in Houston. FBISD police are still investigating and patrols have been increased in the area.
