With help from an alert neighbor, Missouri City police arrested four yesterday for the burglary of a home and believe the group may be responsible for another burglary one block over.
Police were called to the 1500 block of Ashmore Drive around 2 p.m. yesterday after a neighbor reported seeing four people entering a residence across the street, and then leaving the residence with electronics they threw over the side fence.
As officers were responding to the call, one saw four people matching the description of the suspects standing in front of a nearby convenient store. The officer stopped and approached the group. As he was talking to the suspects, the neighbor – who could see the store from her window – told the dispatcher that the people the officer was talking to were the same four people she saw burglarizing her neighbor’s home.
Police found the stolen property in a shed in the back yard of a vacant home next door to the burglarized residence.
Police arrested a 14-year-old, a 16-year-old, 19-year-old Kenneth Simpson and 20-year-old Warrant Brady, all Missouri City residents. All four were charged with burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony.

And the parents are where exactly?
