A newborn baby girl was found abandoned early this morning in front of an apartment at the Preserve at Colony Lakes in the 1000 block of Farrah Lane in Stafford.
Residents of the apartment called Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Deputies around 4:26 a.m. after discovering the baby on their doorstep. The baby was taken by ambulance to Southwest Memorial Hermann Hospital, and her condition is unknown.
Deputies are currently at the apartment complex, attempting to determine the circumstances surrounding the abandonment.
I just hate hearing about incidents like this.
