As a friend and Mike Levitz’ employer, my gratitude goes out to an alert witness or two, and some fine police work. Both make me proud to live in a community like the Richmond-Rosenberg area. The offenders are everywhere, and this is a great example of teamwork by people who strive to make a difference. Thank you! –David Phillips

PS: Mike sustained some serious injuries, but he is progressing well, and we believe he will recover completely.
