Sugar Land police arrested a 52-year-old Houston woman on Aug. 6 after she was “verbally threatening” with customers at the Ross department store at 2555 Town Center Blvd.
Avis Joy Sanders was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Sugar Land spokesman Doug Adolph will not tell Fort Bend Now how Sanders was threatening the customers, what she was saying or who called police.
