Richmond Man Robbed In Driveway

A Richmond man was robbed in his driveway Saturday night by a man who claimed he had a gun.

According to Richmond police, the victim was standing under his carport in the 400 block of Hillcrest when he was approached by a man who said he had a gun and demanded the victim’s money. The victim gave the suspect his wallet. The suspect took cash from the wallet and fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a black man, 20 to 30 years old, 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 160 to 180 pounds, with short black hair. 

The suspect was last seen walking out of the victim’s driveway towards Hillcrest wearing a white T-shirt with some black writing on the front left side, blue jeans, holding a piece of white fabric in his left hand.
