Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested two men Saturday night after a neighbor in the Parkway Oaks Subdivision saw the pair leaving the back yard of a home they allegedly robbed.
According to reports, a neighbor in the 25300 block of Pepper Sage Lane saw two men leave the backyard of his neighbor’s house around 10:21 p.m. The neighbor told deputies that the suspects ran from the home and got into a blue Audi sedan and left the area.
When police arrived at the victim’s home, the found several televisions and computer monitors on the ground in the back yard, and a broken back window.
While searching the neighborhood and surrounding area, deputies located the blue Audi Sedan near the intersection of Scottsbury Court and Windemere Park Lane. and detained the two suspects. The suspects were found to be in possession of the homeowner’s laptop and stereo equipment, along with a gun and a controlled substance; according to deputies.
Deputies arrested 19-year-old Randall Taylor Burcaw and 22-year-old Ezekiel Jordan, both from the Katy area. Both are currently in the Fort Bend County Detention Facility.
Burcaw is facing charges of Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony, Felon in Possesion of a Firearm. A third degree felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Jordan is facing charges of Burglary of a Habitation.
