A Fresno man who detectives say admitting to stabbing his brother Sunday has been charged with murder and is incarcerated at the Fort Bend County Detention Facility with a $50,000 bond.
A warrant was issued late yesterday for 49-year-old Cruz Garcia, who allegedly stabbed to death his 53-year-old brother, Margarito Garcia, Jr., in the 600 block of Ceo Drive. Deputies were called to the scene around 11:31 a.m. Sunday.
Cruz Garcia was originally arrested and held for two warrants for Public Intoxication and Failure to Appear; as well as Tampering with Evidence.

Aaahhh, the affinity of brotherly love (sigh). The Hispanic surname gives a clue as to what the heated discussion was all about — an argument over a soccer game.
