Allstate Insurance Company has recognized Tom Dutka, an Allstate agency owner in Richmond, with the Chairman’s Award, given for high standards in customer satisfaction, customer retention and profitable business growth in 2009.
Dutka is in the top six percent of Allstate agents and personal financial representatives to reach this level of achievement, based on sales for auto, property, commercial, power sports insurance and financial services in the country.
