Sugar Land police are investigating an indecent exposure case after a 19-year-old woman allegedly saw a man masturbating while watching a move at the AMC Theater at 3301 Town Center Blvd.
According to reports, the man, described as a black man between 40 and 50 years old and heavy-set with glasses, was masturbating in theater #17. The suspect left the theater before police arrived. He was wearing a brown shirt and black sweatpants with white striped down the legs.
According to police, evidence was collected at the scene.
