Imperial Performing Arts is inviting the public to an open house at The Imperial Theatre in Sugar Land Town Square, 2201 Lone Star Drive, from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 14. The event will kick-off the inaugural weekend events at the theater.
Attendees will have the first opportunity to the newly-completed theater space, receive information on ticks, arts education activities, donor opportunities and volunteer opportunities.
Following the open house will the opening night performance of the inaugural weekend concert, featuring Grammy Award-winning recording artist Cynthia Clawson with the Marvin Gaspard Trio, performing a live concert debut of her recently released jazz CD, “Always.”
The concert will run at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14, Oct. 15 and Oct. 16. Tickets are $25 for general admission.
