Williams-Sonoma at First Colony Mall is offering complimentary Technique Classes at 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays in October and November. Reservations are suggested and can be made by calling 281-313-1180 or stopping by Williams-Sonoma, located in The Courtyard next to Ann Taylor and Swarovski.

Saturday, Oct. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 31: Back to Basics – A Classic Thanksgiving. Shoppers are invited to join the class to learn how to host a memorable Thanksgiving feast and enjoy a stress-free celebration. The basics include how-to roast a juicy turkey, make creamy mashed potatoes with rich homemade gravy and prepare classic side dishes.
Saturday, Nov. 6 and Sunday, Nov. 7: A Contemporary Thanksgiving. This class puts a contemporary spin on the holiday meal, featuring everything from a new approach to turkey to fantastic new sides.
Saturday, Nov. 13 and Sunday, Nov. 14: Small Crowd Big Flavor – An Intimate Thanksgiving. This class features a scaled-down menu that’s filled with big flavors including a turkey breast, stuffed acorn squash and more.
Saturday, Nov. 20 and Sunday, Nov. 21: A Time-Saving Thanksgiving. The ideal class for individuals who are short on time this Thanksgiving is filled with tips and techniques for creating an easy yet impressive feast. Learn how to make a whole turkey in less than 90 minutes, along with easy-to-prepare side dishes.
All Technique Classes are held in the demonstration kitchen at Williams-Sonoma, which is located at First Colony Mall in The Courtyard next to Ann Taylor and Swarovski.
