Sugar Land Pilot In Stable Condition After Crash-landing

An East Texas news station is reporting that a Sugar Land pilot crash-landed his airplane in Nacogdoches County late Sunday morning.

According to KLTV, 63-year-old Jeffrey Clark was flying his Piper Cessna II from Sugar Land to Shreveport when both engines lost fuel pressure. Clarke attempted an emergency landing at the Nacogdoches County airport around 11:35 AM.  He ended up crashing north of the runway on fm 225 and county road 711.

According to the report, he is in stable condition with a back injury.
