The Stafford Police Department has obtained Capital Murder warrants for four suspects allegedly involved in an ice house shooting that left two people dead and four others injured earlier this week.
Warrants have been issued for Michael Marin, Francisco Marin, Tony Marin and Joe Marin. Two of the suspects are brothers, the other two are cousins. All four suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
According to reports, around 2 a.m. Dec. 20 an argument between family members and associates occurred at the Stafford Ice House, 3230 South Main. One group was ejected from the bar. The group that was ejected returned and at least one person began shooting as they entered the bar.
Six people were shot and one person had severe facial injuries from a physical altercation. Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, and the other victims were taken to hospitals by LifeFlight and ambulance, two in critical condition.
Police said the investigation and witness statements led to the issuing of warrants for the four suspects. Anyone having information on the whereabouts of these suspects are asked to contact Stafford Police Department at 281-261-3950 or their local law enforcement agency.
