18-year-old Rosenberg Man Arrested For Breaking Into A Neighbor’s Car

 An 18-year-old Rosenberg man has been arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle after he was seen stealing property from a car around 2 a.m. Jan. 31.

According to reports, around 2:04 a.m. Rosenberg Police officers James Thompson and Joseph Becerra were called to 4225 Avenue H regarding a car burglary.

A witness told police that the suspect, Mark Allen Witten, was seen taking items from a car. The witness knew the suspect and the owner of the car.

Information led officers to Trailer #8 at 4225 Avenue H, where the stolen property was found.

Witten was linked to the theft and arrested. He is charged with burglary of a motor vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor, and was taken to the Fort Bend County Jail.

The property was returned to the owner.

    There was a burglary on this same crappy cross street a couple weeks ago. Classy neighborhood, that Richwood Drive is.
