I don’t know why this is a big deal. How many of us did anything different when we were young to settle our differences? Raise your hand if you’ve NEVER gotten into an altercation and got into a shootout. How is this any different from what’s been happening since the days of the wild west? It’s not, things haven’t changed, and that’s a good thing, right? Why fight with fists when a gun is som much quicker?

Posts like this are the highlight of my office. We greatly look forward to how you can make all the ills of the world the fault of people who chose to live in apartments. Thank you for the laughs!

Zone laws can help prohibit dangerous crimes from speading in Ft.Bend or other places, that affect local budgets.

No, they don’t affect crime much. there will ALWAYS be crime in this country – the key to local governments is to steer it out of my backyard…

Notice most of those locations are near areas with large apartment complexes…

As long as developers are allowed to continue building these massive apartment complexes everywhere in our area, the school crowding and funding problem will grow worse, traffic will grow worse, crime will grow worse, and homeowners will have to shoulder more property tax burden.

We are trying to get all the contact info of the developers wanting to build new apartments in the Sugar Land / Fort Bend area. We figure if the city, county and MUDs refuse to stop approving these things that will eventually turn us into a slightly nicer Alief, the taxpayers will make our opinions known to developers. Please post contact info of all apartment developers looking to build.

If you agree, let your opinion be known as a taxpayer/homeowner. Your home is your largest investment. Here’s contact info of the latest developer who wants to build huge apartments on the Grand Pkwy N of New Territory:
