The Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees has a new president following Monday night’s board meeting.
Current President Sonal Bhuchar will be replaced with newly re-elected Position 1 Trustee Sue Hohnbaum.
Position 6 Trustee Marilyn Glover will serve as vice president, and Position 3 Trustee Jim Rice will serve as secretary.
Newly elected Position 4 Trustee Bruce Albright was sworn in at the meeting. Albright ousted incumbent Daniel Menendez, earning 3,348 votes to Menendez’s 2,711.
Patsy Taylor was sworn in as Position 5 trustee. She will replaces Laurie Caldwell, who did not seek re-election.
