Hearing set for N.C. couple accused of dumping dismembered body in Oyster Creek
A couple accused in the death of a Kinston, N.C., woman whose dismembered body was found in Fort Bend County have been scheduled for their first appearance in court.
HPD divers had recovered 60 percent of Laura Jean Ackerson's remains on Monday.
