The developers of Sugar Land’s Lake Pointe Town Center have officially announced the future presence of a 214-room, 135,000-square-foot Hyatt Place hotel.
FortBendNow has reported on plans for the hotel since 2007. Sugar Land City Council gave final approval for the project in late October 2008.
