The Katy man arrested yesterday on federal charges of distributing child pornography has now been identified as a Katy Junior High School teacher.
Police arrested Justin W. Lewis, 40, yesterday at his Katy-area residence.
School district officials have now confirmed that Lewis was a seventh-grade teacher at Katy Junior High School.
